Zayo Gets Education Win In Texas

Boulder-based bandwidth provider Zayo announced this morning that it has won a big contract in Texas, for the Texas Education Service Center Region 11. Zayo said the education group--which serves more than 600,000 students and educators in north-central Texas--will use its dark fiber and IP services. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Zayo says the win leverages an existing build out in the region for a fiber-to-the-tower client.
