Zayo Acquires Texas Data Center Operator Clearview

Boulder-based Zayo Group said Friday that it has acquired a Texas data center oeprator, Clearview International, in a deal worth $18.9M. Clearview operates two data centers in Texas, including one in Dallas and the other in Waco, with a total of 30,000 square feet of colocation space. Zayo said the purchase will further strengthen its fiber and colocation portfolio in the greater Dallas metropolitan area.
