Zayo Group Buys Texas Data Center Operator

Boulder-based bandwidth and colocation provider Zayo Group said this morning that it has acquired Core NAP, a data center operator based in Austin, Texas. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Zayo Group said the acquisition is its first in the region, and brings its total number of zColo facilities to 21 nationwide. Core NAP's data center in Austin currently has 220 existing customers.
