inContact Names Strategy Chief

Salt Lake City-based software developer inContact, which develops cloud-based call and contact center management software, said today that it has named Rajeev Shrivastava as its Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. Shrivastava was most recently at Rackspace, and has also served at Satmetrix, SupportSoft, BeVocal, Siebel, VirtualSoft, GT Associates and HCL.
