inContact Taps Silicon Valley Vet For Product Head

Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of call center software and agent optimization software, said this morning that it has named Sunny Gosain as EVP and Chief Product Officer. Gosain had previously been EVP and CTO at Compiere, which was acquired by Consona. He also has served at Oracle as Vice President of Product Development. inContact said that Gosain is a "Silicon Valley veteran" who will drive forward product innovation at the company.
