Utah Group Offers $25,000 In Game Development Contest

Grow Utah, a group which supports startup and entrepreneur efforts in the state of Utah, has launched another contest, the latest in a number of startup contests the group has been running. Grow Utah said its Gaming '15 "Utah Game Wars" contest will award $25,000 in cash and services, split between three winners, for anyone developing a new game or digital entertainment technology. The deadline for the competition is August 31st. Grow Utah's contests encourage entrepreneurs to turn what might only be an idea or a concept, into a real product or company--offering a little cash, but probably more importantly, expert advice and help.
