NetDocuments Raises $25M

Lehi, Utah-based NetDocuments, which develops cloud-based document and email management software, said today that it has raised $25M in an equity funding. The funding came from Frontier Capital. NetDcouments said it would use the investment to increase growth across the legal market. NetDcouments develops cloud-based, document and email management tools specifically aimed at law firms.
