One on One Buys Lead Media Partners

Lehi, Utah-based One On One Marketing, which operates a portfolio of web properties--including ClassesandCareers.com and CollegeAtlas.org--said Monday that it has acquired another web property operator, Lead Media Partners. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Lead Media Partners is based in Draper, Utah, and operates the DegreeSearch.org web property, a directory of nationally and regionally accredited colleges across the United States. Both provide lead generation in the education market. One on One Marketing is led by Christopher Tracy, and is backed by Rockbridge Growth Equity and Falcon Investment Advisors. Lead Media Partners was led by Chandler Horsley, who joins One on One along with the rest of Lead Media's team.
