iLead Media Acquired By Think Partnership

Pleasant Grove, Utah-based iLead Media, a online lead generation web site for the home based business sector, has been acquired by Think Partnership, an Illinois-based online and offline marketing and advertising firm. iLead will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Think Partnership. The deal is worth $18.6M based on Think Partnership's closing price Monday. Think Partnership will pay iLead $9.2M in cash, 4,659,859 shares of stock, and up to $18M in earnout. iLead was represented in the deal by Roth Capital Partners. More information »
