UQM Technologies Gets $5.3M In PIPE

Longmont, Colorado-based energy and electric motor systems development company UQM Technologies said this week that it has raised $5.3M in a capital raise from un-named, institutional investors. Name of the investors were not announced. According to UQM, it will use the funding for capacity expansion in new regions, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
