Avnet Buys Seamless Technologies

Phoenix-based Avnet said this morning that it has agreed to acquire Seamless Technologies, a data center and cloud automation services provider. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Avnet said it acquired substantially all of the assets of Seamless Technologies, which ad revenues of approximately $14M in 2012. Seamless Technologies was founded in 1992.
