UQM Technologies Finds $6.4M In PIPE Funding

Longmont, Colorado-d UQM Technologies, the publicly traded developer of electric motors, generators, and related products, said Tuesday that it has raised $6.4M in a registered direct offeringt o institiutional investors. UQM said those investors paid $6.4M for one share of UQM common stock and 0.5 of a warrant, which gives the holder the right to purchase one share of UQM common stock at a price of $1.31. The company said the funding was managed by Oppenheimer & Co. Inc and Rodman & Renshaw.
