IO Signs Encore Capital

Phoenix-based data center provider IO has scored a win with Encore Capital Group, a provider of debt management and recovery services, the firm said Tuesday. IO said that it will provide its data center-as-a-service offering to Encore, providing it with a secure, cost effective data center in Phoenix.
