Sound Surgical Technologies Acquisition Completes

The acquisition of Louisville, Colorado-based Sound Surgical Technologies, which develops ultra-sound based liposection equipment, has completed, according to buyer Solta Medical. The deal was worth $25.5M in Solta common stock, $5.0M in cash, plus up to $9.5M in contingent payments. The acquisition deal had been announced on January 30th.
