IHS Buys CyberRegs

Englewood, Colorado-based IHS said today that it has acquired the CyberRegs business from Citation Technologies, in a deal worth approximately $11M. CyberRegs is a developer of regulatory compliance information for all 50 United States as well as Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. The firm's information is used for environmental, health, and safety purposes. IHS said the buy would complement its existing solutions.
