Precision Photonics Acquired by IDEX

Boulder-based Precision Photonics, a developer of optical components and coatings, has been acquired by IDEX, a fluid and metering equipment firm based in Chicago, in a deal worth $20M, IDEX said Wednesday. Publicly held IDEX said that Precision Photonics will become part of its Health and Science Technologies segment. Precision Photonics was founded in 2000.
