JDA Lands Customers in South Africa

Scottsdale, Arizona-based JDA Software said this week that it has scored a customer in South Africa. The firm said that retail chain Woolworths is using a number of its products, including JDA Demand, JDA Fulfillment, JDA Channel Clustering, JDA Assortment Optimization, JDA Planogram Generator, JDA Shelf Price Optimization, JDA Promotion Optimization and Markdown Optimization. Financial impact of the wins were not disclosed. JDA described Woolworths as South Africa's leading and most respected retail chain. JDA is a provider of supply chain management software.
