RightNow Wins Kodak

Bozeman, Montana-based CRM software provider RightNow is reporting this morning that it has been selected by the Eastman Kodak Company. According to RightNow, Eastman Kodak will use the firm to power its customer service and support across Kodak.com, for its business-to-business operations. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. RightNow said that Kodak is standardizing on the firm's RightNow CX software.
