Level 3 Launches Wholesale Program

Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications reports today that it has launched a new, wholesale partner program. The firm said the program will allow domestic and international wholesale carriers to resell its products to enterprise customers. The firm said the addition of the wholesale program will help those carriers reach enterprise customers in areas outside of their service region.
