Level 3 Adds Routes To Milan, Zurich
Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 said today that it has added new, ultra-low-latency routes to Milan and Zurich from London, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York City, and Chicago. The bandwidth provider said the new routes are aimed at its financial services customers, specifically for high speed trade execution. The new routes are aimed at customers who need very low latency communications for high frequency trading operations. Level 3 said that its customers are specifically designed for those customers, who move "significant" amounts of capital in fractions of a second.
