RightNow Lands Rubbermaid

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, the provider of customer relationship management software-as-a-service, reported this morning that it has been providing its products to Newell Rubbermaid's Home and Family Group. The firm said it has been providing its services to the company since 2005. Rightnow said Newell Rubbermaid is using its RightNow CX product.
