RightNow Lands Stamps.com

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow, a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software, said today that it has been selected by Internet postage firm Stamps.com. RightNow said that Stamps.com is using the firm's software-as-a-service tools as a replacement for a product from Siebel/Kana. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. RightNow said its product was chosen after a competitive review of the three top contact center CRM vendors in the market.
