Innovative Technology Systems Acquired By Virginia Firm

Larkspur, Colorado-based Innovative Technology Systems, a provider of technology products for the intelligence, defense, and government market, has been acquired by Virginia-based A-T Solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ITS customers include the Office of Director of National Intelligence, the National Reconnaissance Office, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and the National Security Agency. ITS was headed by Joseph D. Yavorski. A-T Solutions aid that the Colorado office of ITS will become a program management and business operations center.
