Celestech Acquired By Exelis

Celestech, a technology development and engineering firm which has operations in Phoenix and Chantilly, Virginia, has been acquired by systems integrator Exelis, Exelis said Thursday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Celestech develops engineering services in the area of satellite and terrestrial wireless areas, among other areas. Publicly traded Exelis said Celestech will become part of its Electronic Systems division.
