Xtensible Solutions Acquired

Greenwood Village-based Xtensible Solutions, a provider of information management software for the smart grid market, has been acquired by EXCO Technologies Inc., a developer of smart metering applications for the electric, gas, and water industries. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Xtensible provides smart grid management and integration products used by the utility industry. According to ESCO, Xtensible becomes part of its ESCO Utility Solutions Group. ESCO is basedin St. Louis, Missouri.
