Applied Intelligence Solutions Acquired

Boulder-based Applied Intelligence Solutions, a developer of software focused on retailers, has been acquired, according to Silicon Valley-based DemandTec. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. DemandTec said it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Applied Intelligence Solutions, which it will be applying to its Markdown Optimization software, used by retailers to manage their markdowns and store clearances.
