Alpine Access Boosts Hiring Plans, Seeks Computer Gamers

Denver-based Alpine Access, which operates a virtual contact center business, said Monday that it is on an "aggressive" recruiting and hiring campaign. The firm--which recruits at-home customer service operators for a number of industries--said it is looking to hire 200 video gamers to provide inbound technical support for an un-named video game firm. Alpine Access operates a distributed call center model, where the firm routes customer service calls to individual operators across the U.S.
