HiveLive Signs Alpine Access

Boulder, Colorado-based HiveLive, a developer of software for creating enterprise social networking sites, said today that it has been selected by Alpine Access to provide an online employee community. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Alpine Access provides contact center services for Fortune 1000 companies. According to HiveLive, Alpine Access will use its platform for creating a central place for its distributed workforce. Alpine Access has 7500 home-based agents who provide outsourced contact center services.
