OneRiot Rolls Out Trending Topics Ad Widget

Boulder-based OneRiot is rolling out a new, active IAB advertising unit which pulls the firm's realtime data into a widget. According to OneRiot, the new RiotWise Trending Ad Unit automatically updates, in real time, to show advertiser content relevant to trending topics. The firm said the data was previously only available to developers with API access. OneRiot said any website owner can take advantage of the ad units, and is targeted at web sites where a high volume of user engagement is driven by trending topics and real-time discovery.
