RightNow Sees Revenues Jump In Q4
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies reported its results Wednesday, saying that its revenues for the fourth quarter of 2009 jumped to $41.6M, up from $36.1M in the fourth quarter of 2008. The firm said it had net income of $2.6M for Q4 of 2009, up from $692,000 in the similar period last year. For the year, RightNow said its revenues grew 9%, to $152.7M, up from $140.4M for the prior year. The firm also turned to a profit, with $5.9M in net income from the year, compared with a loss of $7.3M in the prior year. RightNow is a developer of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
