RightNow Sees Profit In Q2
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies, which developer customer relationship management software-as-a-service, reported its quarterly results Wednesday afternoon, reporting that it had net income of $36,000 on revenues of $36.3M. The firm said it was the third consecutive quarter of profitability for the firm. RightNow had reported a $3.1M loss on revenues of $35.2M for the similar quarter last year. RightNow said the profitability was driven by recurring revenue growth and management of its expenses. RightNow's new and renewing customers in Q2 included Belkin, Bowne, Figi's, Husqvarna, Jackson Hewitt, K2 Network, The Ladders.com, NetScout, Snapfish and TD Banknorth.
