RightNow Launches New Software

Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Software is rolling out a new, cloud-based software called RightNow CX, the firm said today, which will help in customer interaction and sales. According to the firm, the new CX software includes customer portal support; ties to social networking sites like YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook; chat and email; contact center management; and more. Pricing on the new offering was not disclosed.
