RightNow Launches Application Platform

Bozeman, Montana-based CRM provider RightNow announced today that it has launched a new, cloud-based platform called RightNow CX Cloud Platform, focused on third party applications. According to the firm, the new cloud-based offering makes it easier for clients and partners to create applications natively within the RightNow suite. Among the tools being released with the platform are an application builder called RightNow App Builder, which allow integrators and devleopers to create their own objects in the RightNow database schema. The platform also includes a social collaboration and knowledge base product called RightNow Knowledge Foundation. Pricing details on the new offering were not announced.
