Colorado vNet Acquired

Loveland, Colorado-based Colorado vNet, a manufacturer of automation and control systems, has been acquired by Russond, which is based in New Hampshire. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Colorado vNet will remain in Loveland, the firms said, and will continue to offer its home control systems to its authorized dealers.
