Coherex Medical Gets $16.5M
Salt Lake City-based Coherex Medical, a medical device firm developing treatments for heart defects, said today that it has raised $16.5M in a Series B funding round. The funding was co-led by vSpring Capital and Oxford Bioscience Partners, with Tullis Health Investors and an un-named, strategic investor also participating. The firm said the funding brings its total raised to $28.0M. Coherex has a device which repairs patent foramen ovale, a common heart defect. More information »
