RightNow Wins U.S. Army Training Service
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow Technologies revealed today that its customer relationship management platform is in use with the U.S. Army's Training Support Center. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to RightNow, the Army Training Support Center, or ATSC, provides relevant training support to soldiers and civilians via phone, Web and e-mail. With the RightNow solution, the company explained, the ATSC is able to utilize subject matter experts across an integrated network to provide information to soldiers and civilians.
