RightNow Wins Mobile Phone Service Firm

RightNow Technologies, a publisher of on-demand customer relationship management applications, revealed Tuesday that mobile service provider Helio is supporting its customer base through the use of RightNow software. Specifically, RightNow said Helio is subscribing to RightNow Telecom, a software-as-a-service application that has been optimized for telecommunications companies. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Based in Los Angeles, Helio is a joint venture between SK Telecom and EarthLink which provides cell phone service to the youth market. RightNow Technologies is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana.
