Report: Newmerix May Have Shut Down

Superior, Colorado-based Newmerix, a developer of automated testing and change management software, has shut down, according to a tip from sources close to the company. According to those sources, the firm, which has received venture funding from IDG Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital, and Siemens Venture Capital, laid off all of its workforce, due to inability to find funding for the business. A former employee of the company claimed that the employees were not offered severance, and many were not paid Q3 bonuses owed to them.
