Newmerix Raises Series B

Superior Colorado-based Newmerix announced this morning that it has closed a $5M follow-on Series B funding round. Funding came from Siemens Venture Capital GmbH, with participation by Mobius Venture Capital and IDG Ventures. Newmerix said that the funding will be used to grow its research and development team and sales staff. Newmerix is developing automated testing and change management software, designed for packaged applications such as peopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and Siebel.
