Newmerix Raises $7M

Superior, Colorado-based Newmerix said Tuesday afternoon that it has raised $7M in new financing. The round came from existing investors Mobius Venture Capital, Siemens Venture Capital, and IDG Ventures Pacific. Newmerix is developing lifecycle and compliance management software for the enterprise market. The firm said that the funding to expand the firm's sales distribution, build domestic and international sales channels, and expand its product suite. More information »
