Rally Hires Lejeal As CFO

Rally Software Development Corp. reported Monday that it has hired veteran entrepreneur Jim Lejeal as chief financial officer. The Boulder, Colo.-based publisher of Agile software applications said Lejeal has founded and managed multiple companies, including a private equity firm and various software and technology businesses. Most recently, Rally noted, he was co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Oxlo. Prior to that, he ran Lejeal Investments, a Louisville, Colo.-based angel investment firm. Lejeal was also a co-founder of Raindance Communications, where he served as chief operations officer and CFO and helped the company go public.
