Rally Software Expands In Boulder

Boulder-based Rally Software has some big expansion plans in Boulder, saying that it plans to add around 89,000 square feet to its existing, 65,545 square-foot building on Walnut Street. Rally said Friday that it has signed a lease for the new addition, as it continues to hire in Boulder, Europe, and Singapore. MavDevelopent is the owner of Rally's headquarters, and Rally said others involved in the expansion include GH Phipps Construction, Davis Partnership Architects, Hurst and Associates and DLR Group. Rally was represented by Paige Coker Heiman of Acquire, Inc., in the lease. Rally Software had its IPO in April.
