VictorOps Snags Sphero's LeJeal As CFO

Boulder-based software developer VictorOps has snagged Sphero CFO Jim LeJeal as its new Chief Financial Officer, VictorOps said this morning. LeJeal is a longtime veteran of Colorado's high tech industry, having also served as CFO of Rally Software through its IPO and acquisition by CA Technologies, and also having served as co-founder and CFO at Raindance Communications, in addition to service at ConferTech International. LeJeal also been an advisor to Techstars. LeJeal has been on the board of VictorOps since 2013, and VictorOps' founders have worked with LeJeal previously at Raindance. The shift over to VictorOps comes as Sphero has apparently hit a rough patch in what had been a meteoric rise, since Sphero inked a deal with the Walt Disney Company a few years ago.
