DirectPointe Launches Phoenix Office

Information technology outsourcing firm DirectPointe Inc. announced Tuesday that it has opened an office in the Phoenix area. Chad Swensen, DirectPointe's vice president of business development, will lead the Arizona office. DirectPointe said the new facility is a result of its continued growth: the Lindon, Utah-based business noted that it has expanded by an average of 97 percent each year for the past seven years. Additionally, the company acquired Arizona-based security software developer Sweet Spot Solutions in late 2007. DirectPointe offers managed IT services for a monthly fee. The services include network monitoring and optimization, asset management, technology updates and end-user support.
