DirectPointe Acquires System Technology

DirectPointe, an IT outsourcing services provider based in Lindon, Utah, has acquired print services management firm System Technology Inc., DirectPointe reported Thursday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. However, DirectPointe said System Technology’s addition will complement DirectPointe’s desktop, server and networking services, which are available as monthly subscriptions. Specifically, DirectPointe’s Complete Solution or Small Office Solution clients can now receive immediate, real-time support for printers and multifunction devices. System Technology is headquartered in Provo, Utah.
