HiveLive Signs ThoughtWorks

HiveLive, a publisher of online social networking and community software, revealed Tuesday that it has launched an online community for global IT consulting firm ThoughtWorks. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. According to HiveLive, the new community, which was built on HiveLive's LiveConnect platform and debuted Feb. 19, connects ThoughtWorks' software products, customer base and consultants scattered throughout seven countries. HiveLive added that the community will also give ThoughtWorks customers and consultants access to key resources, including company news, product information, best practices, training tools and technical support. HiveLive is backed by Aeneas Ventures and Grotech Capital Group.
