Avnet Expands VMware Practice

Tempe, Arizona-based distributor Avnet Technology Solutions said today that it has expanded its practice focused on server virtualization using VMware. The company said that its Virtualization and Consolidation Solutions Practice has inked an agreement with VMware, to offer its value added resellers with combined VMware, server, and storage platforms. Avnet said it will distribute VMware's full line of virtualization software to its VARs.
