Avnet Loses Longtime Avnet Electronics Marketing President

Phoenix-based electronics distributor Avnet said this morning that Gerry Fay, the company's President of Avnet Electronics Marketing (EM), is departing the company. Fay has been at the company for the past 12 years. According to Avnet, Fay will depart the company to "pursue external opportunities." Avnet said it would use Fay's departure to make "other leadership and organizational changes" and also "streamline operations."
