Local Insight Media, CBD Media Complete Merger

Englewood, Colorado-based Local Insight Media and CBD Media said today that the firms have completed the combination of their businesses. CBD Media is a publisher of print and online yellow pages directories; Local Insight is a provider of print directories and local search services. Wachovia Securities advised Local Insight in the deal, and Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers were financial advisers to CBD Media. The deal was financed by Wachovia Securities, Lehman Brothers Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co. and General Electric Capital Corporation.
