Avnet Expands Distribution Agreement With Amphenol

Phoenix, Arizona-based Avnet Electronics Marketing said Thursday morning that the firm has expanded its franchise agreement with Amphenol, a maker of connectors and cables. The expanded agreement now includes Amphenol Alden Products Company, a maker of high performance connectors and cable assemblies used in medical, instrumentation, and harsh-environment applications. Avnet is a distributor of electronic components.
